| Compensation Study |

Rivel Research Group has just completed the most comprehensive IR compensation study ever conducted. We have gathered data on 743 investor relations executives through over 400 interviews with Russell 3000 companies. We have developed insight that not only allows you to understand what should be appropriate salary and bonus levels for your position, but also HOW to develop the skills to become more highly compensated. There are three ways to receive the data: Option One – Abstract: a 24-page PowerPoint presentation that highlights key findings from the report. The data is based on the senior-most IRO at the company (428 data points). The data is broken by market cap and title for the most senior level IRO. The price for this abstract is $495 (free to all respondents). Sample slides below:
Option Two – Full Report: includes all of the data housed in the abstract (data by market cap and title), with the addition of looking at the data for all members of the IR department. There are a total of 743 salary points for investor relations executives at Russell 3000 companies. The data is broken down by size of firm, sector, region of the country, years of IR experience (and by years in current position), level of education and gender. The price for the full report is $2,000 (free to members of the Intelligence Council). Option Three – Custom Designed Report: the goal of this report is to provide an in-depth look at your IR department and salaries to determine what the optimal salary structure should be (not only for you, but for other members of the team as well). We can also break out the “high earner” group in your sector by title and help you understand what they have in common. The process will start with a consultative session to understand how you want to parse the data. Once the parameters are agreed upon, we will begin to design the report. Options include the ability to look at company revenues, location (metropolitan vs. suburban area), industry (depending on if we have enough data points for that industry), by S&P index, by exchange, etc. We can even cut the data by any other question in the study, i.e. by goals, responsibilities or job satisfaction, among others. The price of this report is $5,000 (Intelligence Council members receive a 40% discount).
