During his career, Dave has worked with hundreds of companies and their Boards on varying and challenging governance issues, proxy fights, annual and special meetings. Dave provides insightful, tailored corporate governance advisory services and has organized and led dozens of high-profile engagements, aiding clients in all aspects of their shareholder analysis and engagement.
