Moriah’s goal is to maximize IR program effectiveness for companies across all locations, industries and market caps.

Moriah has more than 25 years of business and legal experience including more than 20 years in investor relations. She previously served as senior vice president at Financial Profiles, a boutique strategic communications firm, where she directed strategic investor relations programs for multiple client accounts across a range of industries, with a focus on technology. Her experience runs the gamut from investor targeting and outreach, to financial analysis and valuation, to earnings presentations, website development and tactical IR program execution.

Outside of work, Moriah enjoys biking, cross-country skiing and hiking near her home in Tahoe, Calif. She likes to travel abroad and is an avid reader who is especially fond of science fiction.

Moriah graduated with honors from Dartmouth College with a B.A. in sociology. She completed financial and accounting coursework at University of California Extension and is active with NIRI — currently the advocacy ambassador for the San Francisco chapter. She is a NIRI Fellow and had the honor of serving as the chair of the 2022 NIRI Annual Conference.

Chris Blake is Executive Director of Product Innovation within Issuer Solutions at S&P Global. In this role, he focuses on building and developing solutions for global corporate issuers which leverage generative AI, machine learning, and natural language processing. Chris has over a decade of experience providing insights and thought leadership to investor relations teams, through digital solutions, shareholder surveillance, and targeting. As the head of innovation for Issuer Solutions Advisory business he oversaw the digital transformation of services provided to over 1,200 corporate clients. In his current role Chris has led the delivery of multiple new AI-driven driven products for corporate investor relations teams including Script Insight, a first of its kind natural language processing tool for earnings calls, and Capital Access Intelligence, a generative AI tool for interacting with ownership, targeting, and CRM data.

Darrell Heaps is a serial entrepreneur who has spent his career building innovative software companies. As the Founder and CEO of Q4, Darrell is a visionary leader in cloud-based investor relations solutions and has been at the forefront of innovation in the industry by spearheading the creation of the AI-driven IR Ops Platform.

Together with the global Q4 team, Darrell is redefining investor relations by delivering data, insights, and smart workflows that empower IR teams to focus on their strategic priorities.
