Moriah is a leader and senior advisor with the GuideLign team of experienced IROs. She and the team deploy their industry know-how and Rivel’s tailored solutions to address questions, issues, and challenges for our management, board and IRO clients.

Moriah is responsible for enhancing IR best practices, leveraging research, and advisory services in her engagement with clients across various industries and market caps.

Moriah has built more than 25 years of business and legal experience, including more than 20 years in investor relations. She previously served as senior vice president at Financial Profiles, a boutique strategic communications firm, where she directed strategic investor relations programs for multiple client accounts across a range of industries, with a focus on technology. Her experience runs the gamut from investor targeting and outreach, to financial analysis and valuation, to earnings presentations, website development and tactical IR program execution.

Outside of work, Moriah enjoys biking, cross-country skiing and hiking near her home in Tahoe, Calif. She likes to travel abroad and is an avid reader who is especially fond of science fiction.

Moriah graduated with honors from Dartmouth College with a B.A. in sociology. She completed financial and accounting coursework at University of California Extension and is active with NIRI—currently the advocacy ambassador for the San Francisco chapter. She is a NIRI Fellow and had the honor of serving as the chair of the 2022 NIRI Annual Conference.

Kelley serves as Senior Director of Rivel’s GuideLign Intelligence Council, which provides clients with insight into investor relations best practices based on investment community sentiment and real-world IR experience. Kelley works with our GuideLign clients (more than 200) to provide counsel, research and actionable steps designed to enhance and improve their IR program, including communications strategies to drive valuation.

Kelley has 20 years of experience as an investor relations and corporate communications professional. Most recently, she worked for a New York based boutique investor relations advisory firm, providing public and private company clients with accurate, complete and actionable strategies backed-up by real time analytics.

Previously, Kelley managed investor relations at Roxgold Inc., where she was responsible for all aspects of the investor relations program from strategy to implementation. Prior to that, she held a series of escalating roles with Dominion Diamond Corp. (formerly Harry Winston Diamond Corporation) where she helped lead communications through various challenges including CEO and CFO transitions and corporate rebranding following a transformative transaction.

Outside of work, Kelley enjoys spending time outdoors gardening or hiking. She also likes to stay active with yoga and loves all things related to architecture and interior design.

Kelley holds the designation of Certified Professional in Investor Relations from the CIRI/Ivey Business School at Western University and a Marketing Management Certificate from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University).

Nate is currently director of investor relations at Unum Group, a fortune 500 leading international provider of workplace benefits and services.

He started at the company in 2016 upon graduating from the University of Maine and has been in the investor relations function since 2020.

Nate is a CFA charterholder and was also recognized by Institutional Investor in 2023 in their IR rankings.

David Dahlstrom interned with Hormel Foods in 2009 before joining the company full-time as a staff accountant for Hormel Foods International. In 2012, he moved to the general accounting team as the functional administrator for Hyperion planning and reporting. A few years later, he was named general accountant for the Foodservice division.

In 2017, David advanced to the financial analysis group as an analyst, working primarily on analysis related to capital projects and M&A, including the acquisition of Columbus Craft Meats. He advanced to senior investor relations analyst just shortly after and assumed his current position as director of investor relations in 2022. Recently, David was promoted to Director of Finance-Retail.

David is a graduate of Saint Mary's University of Minnesota (Winona, MN) and is an active CPA and CMA, as well as a NIRI member. David and his wife Lindsey reside in Austin, MN, (aka, SPAMtown, USA) where they chase around their three young children: Augie (7), Coralie (4), & Eddie (1).

As Vice President of Business Development, Tom has worked with AlphaSense's investor relations clients since 2018 and now works across the Life Sciences industry managing IR and Corporate Finance partnerships.

Prior to AlphaSense, Tom worked at CFRA Research and GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group) managing buy-side relationships.
